This Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Business, Website Terms of Use, Order Terms, Garment Care and Warranty and Customization Terms apply to your use of our website and to your purchase of goods through the website.

Please read this document carefully. It is Fashionizer Spa Uniforms, LLC's ("FSU's") Privacy Policy. This policy covers how FSU treats Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") that FSU collects and receives, including, without limitation, information related to your past use of FSU products and services. PII is information about a person that can be traced directly back to and identifies an individual. PII includes your name and mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card numbers, social security number, account numbers, passwords or financial information.

Agreement

As used herein, the phrase "the site" refers to www.fashionizerspauniforms.com. By using the site, you indicate your acceptance of this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this policy, you are not permitted to access the site. FSU reserves the right to change or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time. These updates are effective immediately once posted on the site and your use of the site thereafter means that you accept these changes or updates.

Information Collection and Use

As FSU understands and respects your privacy, we would like you to know how we use the personal information you provide to us. We collect PII when you use this site - or to request information.

We also collect aggregated information. Aggregated information is information that is not associated with a specific user, but instead contains anonymous information on many users, such as the number of visitors to the site during a particular period of time. We collect and store statistics and other information about the online activities of our visitors on an aggregated, collective basis. For example, we track the number of users who view each page, the order in which pages are viewed, and other information in order to learn which features are the most popular and to refine our design and marketing efforts. Whenever you visit the site, FSU also receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, FSU cookie information and the pages you request, and relates it to the PII you provide.

You always have the option of choosing not to reveal PII to us, although certain services may be unavailable if you do not. You will be offered the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future messages and announcements and remove your name from FSU mailing lists. The opt-out provisions do not apply to information collected by cookies or used internally to recognize you and/or facilitate your visits to the site or information we may retain to comply with legal requirements.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

At each point of data collection users are given the appropriate means to opt-out of receiving future marketing material from FSU. We will never sell your PII to any third parties. We do use trusted third parties to process credit card information for purchases, and, in that case, do provide PII to them for the limited purpose of completing the transaction. If at any time users want to alter their marketing preferences they should write to:

Our website uses a software technology called "cookies." Cookies are small text files that we place in visitors’ computer browsers to store their preferences. Cookies themselves do not contain any PII. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and many major websites use them to provide useful features for their users. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user's computer. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can set yours to refuse cookies. However, you may not be able to take full advantage of a website if you do so. For more information on cookies, see www.cookiecentral.com. We use cookies or IP addresses for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, helping us to tailor a website or a marketing message to better match your needs and interests and to allow us to better understand how users use our website. You are always free to configure your web browser to decline our cookies if it has the capability to do so, but some parts of our website may not work properly if you do.

"Web beacons" are small pieces of code placed on a web page to monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page. For example, web beacons can be used to count the users who visit a web page or to deliver a cookie to the browser of a visitor viewing that page. We may use web beacons on our website from time to time for this purpose.

We may disclose PII in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose PII in response to a law enforcement agency’s request, or where we deem it necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Website Terms of Use, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our products and services and applicable laws, or as otherwise required or permitted by law or consistent with legal requirements.

We may transfer PII about you if we, one of our business units or our assets are acquired by, sold to, or merged with another company.

Confidentiality and Security

PII that we collect is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Credit card information is encrypted. All the information we collect and store is protected by our firewall. Also, any information that we store at our physical locations is kept secure, and only designated employees may obtain access to it.

We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and management procedures in an effort to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online. Nevertheless, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other PII will not be disclosed to third parties. We may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. If we need to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, we may use any information about you to help third party entities, law enforcement, or other government officials as we deem necessary.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the PII (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the type of PII that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you do not want your name and contact information to be shared with any third party, you may notify us at any time by writing to us at the e-mail and or mailing address below.
