Delivery is made by our trusted firm of couriers.

If you are an existing account customer or are paying by credit/debit card, you can expect delivery of stock items within 3-5 working days from the date we confirm your order is in stock and payment is received. If certain styles or sizes are not in stock, we will always contact you and give you the option of receiving a partial order, or receiving the full order at a later date. Lead times may vary for new accounts and special orders.

Shipping costs to mainland UK

Up to 5 items - £7.50.

Between 6 and 25 items, £8.50.

Over and above 26 items, we will contact you with the shipping charges.

We charge a handling fee of £2.50 for returns, and reserve the right to charge an exchange fee on large or multiple exchanges.

Credit/Debit card fee

Please note that we also charge a credit/debit card handling fee of £3 per transaction.
